We powder coat both the metal items we make and the products you supply. Further steps in the production process, such as packaging, can happen immediately after powder coating as requested by the customer.

Description

The products are degreased and treated with Oxsilan. A powder coating is applied to the products in the epoxy booth via robots and, where necessary, manually. This layer of powder coating is cured at about 200 degrees in the muffle furnace. The maximum product dimensions are 3000 mm in length, 2000 mm in height and 1000 mm in width. Salt spray tests: 1000 hours.
