OptimaT uses a new punching machine this week. The innovative piece of mechanism is the new addition to the metal department and will assist our employees in the processing of metal according to the wishes of the customer.

This heavy tool can perform a wide variety of operations. In addition to punching, the machine also offers the option of reshaping sheet metal pieces or applying threads. The punch head can rotate the tool to any angle, reducing set-up times and increasing productivity. New technologies ensure very high accuracy, process safety and energy efficiency. Workpieces can be made with an even, gap-free cutting edge and machining of inner cuts and outer contours can be done in any angle position. On top of that, high machining speeds reduce machining times. The new possibilities with this innovative piece of equipment are endless.

We have an extensive machine park in the metal department. We combine various operations and machines to achieve the desired result. The new punching machine takes its place next to its somewhat older colleague and is now part of our ever-growing machine park in the metal department.
