ISO 9001:2015 is the highest version of an international quality standard and requires a structured way of working built according to the high-level structure and important core elements are continuous improvement, process approach, organizational context analysis, stakeholders and risk management.
ISO 14001:2015 is an internationally accepted standard and is a useful management system for evaluating, improving and reporting environmental performance and monitoring compliance with environmental legislation.
This means that there is a good product (without errors or shortcomings), a good price, a plausible delivery time, punctuality, good communication and service.
Organisations in possession of an ISO certificate are inspected (half)annually by a competent body.
