Last week a nitrogen tank was installed at OptimaT in support of our recently installed laser machine. This tank with a capacity of 6,000 liters of liquid nitrogen ensures that the gas is brought to the laser at a pressure of 25 bar.

Because nitrogen is an inert gas, it does not easily react with other substances. It is ideal for applications where oxidation and chemical reactions must be minimized, such as when lasering metal.
